The Goldberg Montessori School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) was established to support the school’s objectives and to promote a sense of community. The PTO sponsors programs throughout the year that enrich your child’s school experience and support the efforts of our teachers. All parents are encouraged to become active members of the PTO.
Parental involvement is crucial to the school’s success and hence the success of our children. Regular meetings are held during the year. Parents are invited to attend all meetings and to volunteer for any of our wonderful programs. We also welcome grandparents interested in giving the gift of their time.
Proceeds from the PTO-sponsored fundraising programs and activities benefit our teachers, our school, and our students. Some of these activities include special holiday refreshments and activities, maintenance of the playground, the purchase of special materials for each of the classrooms, and upkeep of the library. PTO also coordinates our hot lunches, birthday celebrations and challah programs and spirit t-shirts. When called upon, we hope that you will support the PTO.
